A major meeting for all amateur astronomers within the Cevennes National Park in the largest International Dark Sky Place (IDSP) lasting 7 days and 6 nights for all sky enthusiasts in the one of the most beautiful gatherings in the South of France.
It's about meeting up over several nights and welcoming amateur astronomers and sky enthusiasts from all over the world, from France and abroad, in an ideal setting, the Domaine de Pradines campsite.

This campsite can accommodate all sky enthusiasts and this "Astronomy festival" is truly aimed at everyone, from beginners to experts in astrophotography, to enjoy the benefits of ISDP and the quality of its dark sky with an average SQM between 21.4 and 21.6 and an altitude of approximately 900 m.
The price includes the location for your vehicle, your tent and your instrument(s) with the possibility of recharging your batteries during the day (provide an extension cord of at least 25 m).
The participants settle down according to arrivals, either in the field of visual observers, or in the field of astrophotographers. There are no reservations for locations (everyone sits wherever they want), however, the number of participants is limited to 200.
On your arrival, it is imperative to report not to the campsite reception but directly to the NCN reception stand, the area of which is indicated by the banner visible in the photo opposite to be guided by the staff.
